RETURN and CANCELLATION POLICY
www.thelandoflegends.com prioritizes the protection of consumer rights and customer satisfaction. All kinds of product and service-related problems that you experience during shopping are meticulously investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Please see answers to most frequently asked questions below.

How Can I Cancel My Order?
You may unconditionally cancel your orders that you have placed incorrectly or that you no longer want. However, you must cancel your order within 12 hours from the moment you place the order by clicking the “Order Cancellation” option under the “My Orders” tab on your profile page or by using the link sent to your e-mail. If your order has already been prepared, order cancellation will not be possible, therefore you may start the return and refund process after receiving your order.

Your refund is made simultaneously when your order status appears as “Cancelled”. The amount that you paid will be refunded within a maximum of ten business days to the original payment method you used on the transaction. Responsibility for delays caused by the bank in credit card transactions belongs to the relevant bank.

How Long Do I Have to Return A Product?
You have the right to return (withdrawal from the contract) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you have received the product without any legal liabilities and without having to specify any reasons. However, we would like to emphasize that you do not have the right to exchange the product in any way after confirming the order.

How Does The Return Process Work?
Before sending back the product to us, you must fill out the product return form in complete, state the reason for your return and create a return request. You can find the product return form by clicking the “Return Request” option under the “My Orders” tab.

After we give you the return shipment approval, you must send us the product in its original packaging along with the invoice and the return form by a courier company.

If the above conditions are met, the returned product(s) will be examined by us or, if necessary, by the manufacturer and it will be decided whether it complies with the return conditions and can be accepted as a return. This process takes 1-15 business days.

Once the product is examined, if it complies with the above-mentioned return conditions, the refund process is initiated. The refund amount will be refunded back to your original payment method within a maximum of ten business days. Responsibility for delays caused by the bank in credit card transactions belongs to the relevant bank. If the product fails to comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address within 3 days.
 

Which Products Are Considered Non-returnable?
Please note that product returns are not accepted if any of the following conditions exists:
- Protective elements such as packaging, tape, wrapping have been opened after receipt,
- Product has been used or damaged by the customer,
- Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons such as cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, etc.,
- Product cannot be resold due to its condition,
- Expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
